Request deletion of your personal data from our systems.
How to Delete Your Data
If you would like us to delete your personal data, including any account created via Google or Facebook login, you can:
Option 1: Email Us
Send a request to customerservice@kingdomautoanddetail.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account.
Option 2: Call Us
Call (778) 666-6011 during business hours and request data deletion.
Option 3: Visit Us
Come to our shop at 34581 4 Ave Unit 1, Abbotsford, BC and request data deletion in person.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your name, email, phone number, and address
- Any linked social login data (Google, Facebook)
- Vehicle information you provided
- Appointment and service history
Please note: We may retain certain records as required by law (e.g., invoice records for tax purposes) for the legally mandated retention period. Any retained data will be limited to the minimum required and will not be used for marketing.
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete.
