Refund Policy
Our policy on refunds for services, parts, and deposits.
Last updated: April 4, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all services and parts provided by Kingdom Auto & Detail Ltd. and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By approving an estimate, placing a parts order, or paying an invoice, you agree to this policy.
1. No Refunds on Services
2. Non-Refundable Deposits on Vehicle-Specific Parts
Any part ordered specifically for your vehicle — including but not limited to engines, transmissions, and other special-order, custom, or non-stock components — requires a 50% advance deposit that is non-refundable once the order has been placed. These parts are sourced specifically for your vehicle and generally cannot be returned to the supplier. If you cancel after the order is placed, the deposit is forfeited and any non-recoverable supplier or restocking charges remain payable.
3. Defective or Failed Parts — Handled Under Warranty
If a part fails or a concern arises about workmanship, this is addressed through our Warranty Policy — by repair, replacement, or correction as applicable — rather than by a cash refund. Warranty coverage varies by the specific service performed and the part used.
4. Stock Parts Not Yet Installed
For general stock parts that have not been installed and are not special-order or vehicle-specific, returns may be considered at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, in unused and resalable condition with proof of purchase. A restocking fee and any supplier charges may apply. Special-order and vehicle-specific parts, and any part that has been installed, are not eligible.
5. How to Raise a Concern
If you are not satisfied with your service or have a warranty concern, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right:

6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputing a charge for authorized work that has been performed, or for a non-refundable deposit you agreed to, is contrary to our Terms & Conditions. We retain estimates, signed authorizations, and invoices as evidence of the agreed work and amounts.
7. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection law.
